Below are the few photos we have relating to the disappearance of

  • 43-year-old banker, Beth Carter, from Washington Indiana, on July 31, 1972, and
  • The gangland-style murders in Ingram, Kerr County Texas on February 5, 1973 that took the lives of Albert Kennedy, Jr. (54), Thomas Kennedy (26), Edna Gayle Kennedy (22), and her unborn baby.

The names of the primary suspect was changed because he died in a suspicious auto accident during the Kennedy investigation; he was never tried. Only one photo is included.

I also changed the last name of the prime suspect, the missing banker, and her family. They are fictional. I didn’t change the Kennedys’ names.

Right before I sent this book for proofreading, I received a tip that the banker’s family did not want Beth Carter’s name published as a missing person on NamUs.gov or DoeNetwork.org, so both websites removed her name and photo from their public database.

What I have said in my book, “Lethal Debts,” is from public records and was published in several cities across the U.S., but after learning Beth’s family member felt that way, I changed her name and the prime suspect’s name in my book and on my website. That way their names will not come up if made a part of a Google search or if searching Amazon.
