Welcome back! Today’s big news is Brad Simpson’s arrest warrant and the supporting probably cause affidavit is unsealed.

On October 8, 2024, Bradley Chandler Simpson was arrested on charges relating to domestic abuse, and then, on November 7, he was charged with murdering his wife, Suzanne Clarke Simpson. (Summary here.)

The probable cause affidavit explains why law enforcement believed there existed enough evidence to charge Simpson with his wife’s murder. Initially, the affidavit was sealed by the judge. It was unsealed Tuesday, 11/12/2024 (yesterday).

I have linked the arrest warrant and supporting affidavit here. There are about 35 pieces of evidence or reasons listed shoring up good cause for charging Brad Simpson, even though her remains haven’t been found. Texas
